Important notice regarding the AHEAD2020 Transnational Visitor Programme.

  • Grantees are expected to be covered by their own travel and medical insurance during their visits.
  • Due to EU regulations, reimbursements cannot be made to bank accounts without SWIFT or IBAN codes.

AHEAD2020 Transnational Visitor Programme important dates!:

  • Opening of AO7: 15 January  2024
  • Application Deadline: 16 February 2024
  • Decision date: March 2024
  • The ATVP can start from: end of March 2024
  • The ATVP has to be completed before: 1 November 2024 (7 months, non-extendable!)
